摘　　要：高职图书馆在"工学结合,校企合作"办学模式的影响下,其管理模式和服务应适应当前需要。主要从网络资源服务、文献资源服务、文献传递服务等方面改善高职图书馆的服务。New training mode ＂learning-working combination and college-enterprise cooperation＂ in higher-vocational colleges asks library management and service to adapt to this new situation.This article explains that higher-vocational library should improve its service from the following aspects： internet resource service,document resource service,resource delivery service,etc.
