摘　　要：深圳民办高等教育在历经短暂的繁荣之后陷入目前的一片困境之中。或许,《珠江三角洲地区改革发展规划发展纲要(2008-2020年)》的贯彻实施能迎来深圳民办高等教育复苏之契机,而深圳民办高等教育发展的真正出路则在于发展取向的正确确立、制度环境的适宜创设、发展规划的专门制定、扶持力度的不断加大和民办院校内部建设的不断加强。After a brief boom, private higher education in Shenzhen finds itself trapped in dire straits. The issuing of Outline of the Plan for Reform and Development of Pearl River Delta （2008-2020） offers a golden opportunity for getting private higher education in Shenzhen out of the predicament. The way out for the development of private higher education lies in following the right path, fostering favorable environment, working our plans, getting more support from the government and strengthening the development of private higher institutions.
