我国工程咨询业存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：要有效地提高建筑业资源利用率,提高工程项目的投资效益是关键,因此,充分发挥工程咨询业的辅助作用非常重要.从我国工程咨询单位自身情况和外部发展条件出发,分析其中存在的主要问题,总结并借鉴国外发达国家工程咨询业的成功发展经验,指出我国工程咨询单位应着力于发展特色业务、培养青年咨询师和深化体制改革,以增强自身的竞争力.此外,还应建立健全的竞争机制、制定相关政策法规和发挥工程咨询协会的积极作用,以辅助和规范工程咨询单位的发展,从而提高行业整体水平.It is very important to make engineering consulting industry play full positive role to improve the utili- zation of the construction resource effectively. This article, based on engineering consulting unit circumstance and external development conditions, analyzing the main problems which exist in the current engineering consulting industry and learning from the engineering consulting industry experience abroad, points out that, in order to improve their competitiveness, the engineering consulting unit should focus on development of special operations, training of youth counselors and deepening the system reform. In addition, building a competitive mechanism, developing policies and regulations, and making use of association of engineering consulting are also important to assist and regulate the development of engineering consulting unit, so as to improve its overall level.
