阿托伐他汀对外伤性脑内出血微创术后超敏C反应蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨阿托伐他汀对外伤性脑内出血微创清除术后超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法:58例接受颅脑血肿微创穿刺清除术(M PST)的外伤性脑内出血患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各29例。治疗组给予阿托伐他汀钙片40 m g,对照组给予阿托伐他汀10 m g,每日1次,口服。采用免疫比浊法分别测定两组术前、术后1,7,14 d的hs-CRP水平。行颅内压监测及6个月生活活动能力(ADL)比较。结果:两组所有患者入院时hs-CRP均显著增高,且与GCS评分呈负相关。治疗组术后7 d血清hs-CRP水平显著下降,14 d后hs-CRP及颅内压降至正常水平,6个月后ADL显著改善,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:外伤性脑内出血患者接受M PST后使用大剂量阿托伐他汀,促进血清hs-CRP水平下降,有抗炎作用,可改善脑水肿,促进神经功能恢复。Objective：To explore the clinical effects of atorvastatin on high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）in Pati intracerehcal hematoma ents after minimal invasive surgery（MPST）.Methods：Fifty-eight cases with traumatic intracerebral hemorrhage after MPST were divided into two groups randomly with 29 cases in the treatment group and the other 29 cases in the comparison group.The cases of treatment group were given atorvastatin at 40 mg/d and the cases of comparison group were given atorvastatin at 10 mg/d.Take the methods of immunizati turbidimetric,monitored the value of hs-CRP for the cases of the two groups at the time of 1,7,14 days before and after MPST respectively.Intracranial pressure was monitored,and 6 months living ability（ADL）was compared.Results：All cases of the two groups have high hs-CRP level at the beginning,and the levels of hs-CRP were obviously negative correlation with the GCS level（P0.05）.The serum hs-CRP level of the cases in the treatment group decreased significantly after 7 days of treatment,and the serum hs-CRP level got down the normal level after 2 weeks of treatment,the ADL was improved.But the serum hs-CRP level of the cases in the comparison group decreased slower.It has the statistical significances（P0.05） comparing the cases of the two groups.Conclusion：The intracerehcal hematoma patients after MPST take large dosage of atorvastatin,it will accelerate the descent of serum hs-CRP level and have the function of antibiotic and also accelerate the recovery of neurological assessment.
