摘　　要：介绍了一种用于中厚板开卷矫平生产线的台阶式双圆柱头开卷机,机器具有料卷内径及板宽跨度范围大、卷径大、吨位大、上料方便、稳定性高等特点。并阐述了它的结构特点、设计、加工及生产过程中遇到的常见问题及解决办法。A double-head decoiler which is used in the cut-to-length production line for plate with medium and big thickness has been introduced in the text.The coil inner diameter,width range,and the weight are big with good loading property and high stability.The structural characteristics,design,and problems solution during the production process have been put forward.
