摘　　要：本文系统分析了影响挤压模具寿命的各种因素,从设计选材、减少挤压件壁厚、模具表面强化处理等方面,阐述了提高挤压模具寿命的途径。Various factors which impact the life of extrusion die have been systematically analyzed.The way to improve the life of extrusion die has been introduced from the material selection,reduction of the extrusion part wall thickness,and die surface hardening aspects.
