摘  要:针对目前我国很多企业消化吸收和二次创新能力明显不足的状况,提出一种基于功能Ontology的二次创新设计方法。通过建立功能Ontology知识库,对产品结构进行功能匹配与功能组合,实现从已有产品结构到其功能的映射;通过对核心功能的泛化与具体化来分析同义或反义功能语义表述,从而得到合适的替代功能来实现功能变更,并通过对原始功能进行改进与替换来产生新的功能模型。在功能实现方法库中寻求新的功能实现方法,从而实现对产品的二次创新设计。最后,用三坐标多工位送料系统的二次开发说明了上述的二次创新设计方法。To improve the domestic enterprise's capacity on technology absorption,assimilation and secondary innovation,a secondary innovation design method based on the function ontology has been proposed.By establishing the knowledge database of function ontology,the form-to-function mapping has been conducted through function matching and aggregation,with the existing product structure as input and the function model as output.The functional synonyms and antonyms have been analyzed by functional generalization and specification.Such kind of functional analysis becomes the driving tool for specific functional improvements with function variation,which can lead to an upgradeable function model.With suitable new solution methods,the new function model can be transferred into a re-creative design solution.A case about Tri-Axis Multi-position Transfer System design has been given to illustrate the proposed secondary innovation design method.
