团结,凝聚——钢筋混凝土的哲学思考

摘　　要：钢筋混凝土是由钢筋、石子、砂粒、水泥等不同物理力学性能的材料有效结合在一起形成的一种新型建筑材料,依其优越的特性在现代建筑中大显身手。基于这种思考,一个单位、一个团体可借鉴钢筋混凝土的形成机理,合理配备领导班子。领导集体不断加强和创新党的作风建设,密切干群关系,切实起到骨干核心作用;中层干部要近领导亲群众,承上启下;群众要团结在领导周围,发挥各自的作用,形成钢筋混凝土般的强大凝聚力。可谓团结出凝聚力,团结出战斗力。Reinforced concrete is a new type of building material,which is formed by the effective combination of different physical and mechanical materials,including,reinforced steelbar,motar stones and sands.This concrete is used widely in modern constructures because of its superior characteristics.Based on this thinking,an institution and a groups should learn from the formation mechanism of reinforced concrete,to reasonably group the,to reinforce the collective leadership strongly,to innovate the Party＇s work style,to shorten the distance between the cadres and the masses,and to act the backbone core role practically.The middle cadres should bridge betwwen the leaders and the masses,acting as the connecting link between them.The masses should unify around the leaders,play well their own roles,and form strong cohension like the reinforced concrete.In this case,the unity can be forged into the cohesion and the fighting force.
