水分、pH值、光照对蓝蓟生长性状及产量的影响研究

摘　　要：在温室内进行土壤pH值、水分、光照的梯度处理,通过对性状指标及产量指标的测定与分析,了解各项环境因子对蓝蓟生长及产量的影响。在pH值6.5、湿润条件下最先出苗,其次为pH值6~8,再次是80%光照处理出苗,最后为干旱和60%光照处理出苗。植株生长到第9天开始测定植株苗期性状指标为：pH值6.0、湿润、光照正常情况,叶长、叶宽和株高值最大。考种结果为：在pH值6.5千粒质量出现最大值4.43（为CK的115%）,干旱条件出现最小值3.34;在pH值6.0条件下单株粒数出现最大值1 635粒,在干旱条件下出现最小值913粒;粗脂肪含量在pH值8.0最大值24.60%,在80%光照下出现在最小值18.60%。充足的光照和湿润的土壤对蓝蓟性状生长起重要作用,偏酸促进良好性状和产量,但偏碱对蓝蓟的品质有利。It was used the gradient treatment of soil pH value,moisture and illumination inside the greenhouse.It was understood the effect of any environmental factors on growth and yield via determining and anlyzing on the character and yield indexs.The results showed that it was firstly seeding emergenc under the condition of pH value equaled to 6.5 and moist.pH value between 6 to 8 was followed,then were the 80% illumination treatments,the last one was dry and 60% illumination treatments.When plants grew on the ninth day,it was began to measure the character indexs of seeding.It showed that leaf length,width and hight were maxium when pH value equaled to 6.0,moist and normal illumination conditions.Testing seed results indicated that the maxium value of the thousand grain weight was 4.43 when the pH value was 6.5（115% of the control）.,and the minium was 3.34 on dry condition.The maxium of single plant grain number was 1 635 under pH 6.0,and the minium was 913 on the dry conditon.The maxium of crud fat content was 24.60% on pH value 8.0,and the minium was 18.60% under 80% illumination.The results of statistical analysis were that the prerequisite on the growth of Echium vulgare L.were abundant light supply and moist soil.If it was meta acid,it was good at character and yield,however,meta alkaline was good at quality of Echium vulgare L.
