摘 要:吸附剂的性能对油气吸附分离的效果起着决定性的作用。测定了活性炭和吸附树脂在常温下对油气的静态吸附和脱附特性,比较吸附树脂与活性炭的吸附率、解吸率。实验结果表明,吸附树脂吸附率高,解吸容易。测定了活性炭和吸附树脂对油气的吸附穿透曲线和热效应。实验结果表明,吸附树脂的穿透时间长,温升略低,适于油气吸附分离。同时,利用Yoon-Nelson模型较好地模拟了吸附树脂吸附油气的穿透曲线,从而可为吸附树脂吸附塔设计提供理论依据。The performance of adsorbents plays a decisive role in the adsorption separation of gasoline vapor-air mixtures.A static adsorption experiment was designed to investigate the static properties of adsorption and desorption of adsorption resin or activated carbon to gasoline vapor at room temperature,respectively,and the rate of adsorption and desorption of them was compared.The results showed that the adsorption rate of adsorption resin was higher and adsorption resin was easier to be desorbed.Another dynamic adsorption experiment was also designed to investigate the adsorption breakthrough curve and heat effect during gasoline vapor passing through the fixed bed of activated carbon or adsorption resin,respectively.The results showed that the breakthrough time of adsorption resin was longer and its heat effect was lower.Meanwhile,the breakthrough cure of adsorption resin was well numerically simulated by Yoon-Nelson's model,which is useful for the design of adsorption resin adsorption tower.
