摘 要:随着油田的开发,采油管柱不断地加深,管壁结垢、结蜡和稠油堆积等难清洗的旧油管也在增多。此类油管因得不到清洗修复或修复质量不高而造成浪费和出现质量问题,大大地增加了开发成本。基于此,提出了加热炉燃烧加热清洗的方法来处理其表面的附着物。利用傅立叶红外分析仪(FTIR)和烟气分析仪KM9106等仪器对油管加热炉燃烧及排放特性进行测试。研究结果表明,加热炉运行全过程中可燃气体含量较少且远低于烟气混合物爆炸极限,不存在爆炸危险;排放的有害气体中NOx的排放量最大,达到135.64μL/L。研究结果为开发一种具有费用低、安全、高效、环保和节能等优点的旧油管表面处理工艺提供了重要的理论依据。With the development of oilfield,oil production tubing string has deepened constantly.The quantity of difficult-cleaning oil tube which the wall is fouling,wax depositing and viscous crude oil packing is also increasing.Due to the problem of cleaning quality for oil tube,the cost of exploitation will be greatly enhanced.Based on this problem,the cleaning technology of oil tube in heating furnace was proposed.The combustion and emission characteristics of heating furnace were tested by using FTIR and gas analyzer.The result shows that the content of combustible gas is far lower than the lower explosive limits and there is no the explosion danger in heating furnace.The NOx emission of harmful gas reached 135.64 μL/L.The results obtained provide the theoretical basis for the completely effective new technology of surface treatment for oil tube and it has the advantages of lower cost,more safety,higher efficiency,environment protection and saving energy etc.
