中药814对肺炎克雷伯杆菌诱发大鼠慢性阻塞性肺疾病的影响

摘　　要：为观察中药８１４ 对肺炎克雷伯杆菌诱发大鼠慢性阻塞性肺疾病（ＣＯＰＤ） 是否有影响， 用经鼻腔注入， 反复感染法建立大鼠ＣＯＰＤ模型。大鼠分为正常对照、感染、预防治疗、一般治疗和假治疗组。预防治疗组和一般治疗组大鼠分别于细菌感染前３ ｄ 和细菌感染后第４ 周开始用中药８１４灌胃治疗。结果表明， 两治疗组尤其是前者大鼠气管、细支气管和肺泡上皮细胞损伤轻微， 细支气管壁和肺间质炎症亦较感染组为轻。与感染组相比较，预防治疗组第８周起和一般治疗组第１６ 周大鼠单位面积内平均肺泡数增加 （Ｐ＜ ０．０５）， 第１６ 周， 预防治疗组大鼠血氧分压比感染组增高（Ｐ＜ ０．０５）， 血ＣＯ２ 分压降低 （Ｐ＜ ０．０５）， 两指标均接近正常水平。结果提示， 中药８１４In order to observe the effectofChinese herb 814 on chronic obstructive pulm onary disease (COPD) induced by klebsiella pneum oniae, a rat COPD m odel w as established by repeatedly intranasal infecting. Wistar rats w ere random ly divided into 5 groups: Norm al control group (C), Infection group (K), preventive treatm ent group (KP), generaltreatm ent group (KG) and pseudotreatm entgroup (P) . The herb w as given to the anim als ofKPgroup through stom achalinjection 3 daysprior to infection and to the anim als ofKG group 4 w eeks after infection. The results w ere as follow s: The rat trache, bronchiole and alveoliepithelium in the tw o treatm ent groups, especially KPgroup only dem onstrated slight injury; The chronic inflam m ation in bronchiole w all and alveoli septa w as m ilder than in K group. The m ean alveolus num ber per unit area in KP group (from 8th w eek ) and KG group (at 16th w eek) w as significantly increased as com pared w ith that in the infection group. Both PaCO2 values and PaO2 values in KPgroup w ere returned to norm allevels (P> 0.05) at 16th w eek. Itsuggests that Chinese herb 814 has better interfering effects on developm ent of the ratCOPD.
