摘　　要：景观生态安全格局的构建是生态城市规划的基础性工作,应成为生态城市规划的"第一道工序"。作者将GIS技术、生态学与城市规划理论相结合,运用生态网络分析方法,构建城市新区的生态廊道、生态节点和生态网络,从而为新区的景观规划和空间布局规划提供依据和指导。The construction of landscape ecological security pattern is the key and foundation of eco-city.It＇s the start of eco-city planning.The author uses the GIS technology,the ecology and the urban planning theory to analysis ecology network of the new coastal region in Beilun,Ningbo.Thus provides the scientific planning to protect the ecological environment for the new urban region.
