摘　　要：农民工是我国制度变迁和社会转型期的"产物"。随着城市化进程的加快,农民工问题越来越突出,引起了全社会的广泛关注。妥善解决好农民工问题,是建设社会主义新农村的需要,也是建设和谐社会的需要。文章对我国城市化进程中农民工的现状、存在问题进行研究分析,并在此基础上提出解决城市化进程中农民工问题的对策和建议。Migrant worker is the product of China＇s institutional changes and social transition period.With the urbanization expedites,the problems of migrant workers are prominent,which attract much attention from the society.Solving these problems is the need for the construction of a new socialist countryside.The paper analyzes the status quo of migrant workers in China＇s urbanization and the problems.Based on it,the related solutions and suggestions are set forth.
