摘　　要：车辆装备维修分队能力建设评估对提高其能力建设水平具有重要的现实意义。建立了对其进行评估的指标体系,基于物元分析理论构造了物元分析模型,通过计算待评物元对评价等级的关联度,评估能力建设等级。实例计算结果表明：该方法能够有效结合定性与定量分析,且模型结构简单规范,为车辆装备维修分队能力建设的评估提供了一种参考方法。Evaluation of vehicle equipment maintenance unit capability construction is significant to develop the level of capability construction.This paper built an evaluating index system.Based on the method of matter-element analysis,a model was approached for the evaluation of capability construction.The relevancy degree of matter element under evaluation was calculated to evaluate the rank of capability construction.Case results show that the method can combine objective analysis with quantitative analysis effectively and be applied widely due to its simplicity,which provides a reference way for the vehicle equipment maintenance unit capability construction evaluation.
