摘　　要：分析了我军初级指挥军官＂合训分流＂培养模式的内涵和意义,阐述了国外军事院校初级指挥军官培养的特点,提出了加快我军初级指挥军官＂合训分流＂培养模式改革要强化的5个关系和7个方面的建议,为初级指挥专业院校人才培养提供参考。In view to provide some references for colleges specialized in training junior commanders,this paper,analyzes the content and significance of the mode of ＂integration of rudimentary education and separation of specialized training＂of PLA,introduces the characteristics of training junior commanders in foreign military forces,and proposes that five relationships and seven aspects should be strengthened in order to accelerate the above-mentioned reform.
