摘　　要：介绍了俄军组织汽车安全驾驶训练的一般原则、方式和手段;对俄军汽车安全驾驶训练的准备程序和训练设备,以及训练技术器材的类型和作用做了进一步的揭示;详细阐述了俄军驾驶训练指导员、实车驾驶教练员的职责要求及对学员的要求,以及俄军汽车教练场各要素及其功能,并提出了对我军的几点启示。This paper introduces the common principle,pattern and approach of Russian military automobile driving training,studies the preparative program and training equipment,as well as the function and type of training technology material,expounds the requirements to training instructors,driving trainers and trainees,and brings forth the elements and its function of Russian automobile training field.Finally,several enlightenments on Chinese army force are given.
