摘　　要：在界定部队管理相关概念的基础上，分析研究了部队管理者主动捕捉管理问题需要把握的关键，即问题的显现方式与核心特征；围绕部队管理问题研究的基本模式，重点阐述了部队管理问题的研究方法；最后对部队管理问题的处置特点进行了归纳总结。Based on defining conception of military management, this paper analyzed military management problems＇ appearing mode and key traits that are important for military governors to actively capture problem, and expounded research methods of military management problem in accordance with basic mode of research management problem. At last, the traits of resolving the problems were summarized.
