新形势下高校加强和谐校园建设的对策研究

摘　　要：影响高校和谐校园建设的因素既包括教职工群体因素,也包括学生群体因素,还包括高校自身管理、服务体制因素和社会群体因素。针对这种情况,要完善高校管理和服务体系,采取措施切实为师生员工解决各种问题;健全和完善紧急预案机制和危机管理与处置机制,加强特殊群体管理;加强校园安全保卫工作,加强网络媒体监控和管理。At present,with the new changes of international political and economic situation,colleges and universities must control the factors affecting the harmony of campus,perfect emergency-prevention plan and system of handling public emergencies,deal with conflicts inside and outside the campus,and finally strengthen the education and management of special groups.Taking the aspects above into consideration,this essay analyzes the factors that affect harmonious campus construction and then offers some counterstrategies.
