摘　　要：光栅编码器是由一系列规律性刻线组成的圆光栅盘作为测量基准并用于旋转运动测量的传感器。近年来,编码器的在各行业的应用更加广泛,产量迅猛增加,技术水平也在不断地提高。本文主要介绍了目前光栅编码器市场现状,并对编码器市场情况进行了预测。展望了光栅编码器的技术发展前景,提出编码器体积小型化、智能型接口模块技术、多样化的信号传输等技术将成为光栅编码器技术发展的方向。Grating encoders are used as sensors for measuring rotational motion which are composed of a series of inerratic bars. Recently,grating encoders are widely used in many areas,the outputs are increasing and the technology is also developed continually. The market situation and demands were introduced in this paper,and the future of grating encoder was predicted. The miniaturization of volume,intelligent interface and diversification of the form of signal transportation will be the direction of the development of grating encoders.
