中药复方“冬夏丸”体外对6株人肿瘤细胞系作用的研究

摘　　要：目的　研究中药复方“冬夏丸”体外对６ 株人肿瘤细胞系的作用。方法　分别用微量板染色法和流式细胞术测定肿瘤细胞的生长和细胞周期分布。结果　中药复方“冬夏丸”对６ 株人肿瘤细胞均有显著的生长抑制效应，抑制率均随药物浓度的增加而增高；多数细胞系的半数抑制浓度（ＩＣ５０） 相近；药物使鼻咽癌细胞Ｇ２ 期增加并可诱导细胞凋亡。结论　中药复方“冬夏丸”体外对包括ＮＰＣ在内的多种肿瘤细胞均有显著的生长抑制作用。Objective To research the effect of Chinese medicine “dong xia wan” on 6 human tumor cell lines in vitro.Methods growth and cell cycle of human tumor cells lines were determined by microplate staining and flow cytometry measurement.Results growth of all examined tumor cell lines were markedly inhibited by “dong xia wan”.The inhibitory rate of growth was increased as the concentration of drug was increased.IC50 of the drug was like for most tumor cell lines.For nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) cells treated by the drug,the percentage of G2 was much increased and cell apoptosis was induced.Conclusion Chinese medicine “dong xia xan” can inhibit the growth of NPC and many kinds of tumor cells.
