摘　　要：目的:观察曲美他嗪联合美西律治疗冠心病心室率偏缓并室性早搏的疗效。方法:61例冠心病心室率偏缓并室性早搏患者被随机分为常规治疗组(30例,给予常规治疗),观察组(31例,曲美他嗪联合美西律治疗),均连续治疗3个月。治疗前后分别检查心电图及动态心电图。结果:观察组总有效率(74.1%)明显高于常规治疗组(43.3%),P<0.05。结论:曲美他嗪联合美西律对冠心病并发的室性早搏可产生显著的抑制作用。Objective： To observe the effects of trimetazidine combined with mexiletine on premature ventricular contraction in patients with coronary heart disease（CHD） and slow ventricular rate.Methods： A total of 61 CHD cases with slow ventricular rate complicated premature ventricular contraction were randomly divided into routine treatment group（n=30,received routine treatment） and observation group（n=31,received trimetazidine combined with mexiletine） with a continuous treatment course of three months for both groups.Electrocardiogram（ECG） and ambulatory ECG（AECG） were measured before and after treatment.Results： The overall effective rate（74.1%） of observation group was significantly higher than that of routine treatment group（43.3%）,P0.05.Conclusion： Trimetazidine combined with mexiletine could significantly inhibit premature ventricular contraction in patients with coronary heart disease and slow ventricular rate.
