摘　　要：目的：观察通脉活血灵胶囊对实验性高粘血症家兔血液流变学的影响。方法：采用高脂饲料饲喂家兔８ 周，以造成高粘血症模型。在建立模型的同时，实验组给予不同剂量的通脉活血灵胶囊，然后取血测定各组动物血液流变学变化。并将通脉活血灵胶囊给大鼠灌胃，每日１ 次，连续７ 天，然后将大鼠麻醉，腹主动脉取血，测定各组动物的血小板聚集功能。结果：高脂饲料饲养家兔可导致高粘血症，通脉活血灵胶囊可明显改善各组动物的血液流变学指标，亦可明显抑制ＡＤＰ诱导的血小板聚集反应。Object:In order to study the effect of Tongmai Huoxueling Capsule (通脉活血灵胶囊 THC) on hyperviscositimia.Methods:Thirty two rabbits were randomized into four groups:control group,fed with common diet for 8 weeks;hyperviscositimia group,THC high dose and THC low dose group,fed with hyperlipid diet for 8 weeks.The properties of hemorrheology were messured at the 8th week.Thirty SD rats low dose group.The function of platelet aggregation were evaluated at the 8th week.Results:THC could modify the experimental hyperviscositimia of rabbit,and could also inhibit the aggregating function of platelet in rat.Conclusion:THC has the effect of prevention and cure on hyperviscositimia.
