贵州20种乡土园林植物的原生境状况及栽培繁殖试验

摘　　要：为有效保护和合理利用植物种质资源,根据贵州乡土特色植物的珍稀特性和开发利用价值比较优势原则,筛选了贵州20种乡土园林植物,对其原产地生境及保护现状进行了调查,进行了引种栽培繁殖试验,并采用产品指标等级评价方法对其市场化开发应用进行了评价。结果表明：20种乡土园林植物都处于稀有或濒危状态,但基本得到了保护,生长状态良好。经引种栽培与繁殖试验,20种供试植物中,种子繁殖出苗率为33%~90%;扦插繁殖存活率为42%~88%;栽培繁殖系数为0.62~0.97;产出周期为3~4 a。山茶属（8种）、石笔木属（2种）、槭树属（4种）和道真润楠等较适合批量繁殖后供生产上利用。The original habitat and protection status of 20 selected local landscape plants according to the comparative advantage principle of their rare feature,development and utilization value were surveyed and their marketization development and application was evaluated by using product index grade evaluation method based on the introduction cultivation and propagation test to effectively protect and rationally utilize plant germplasm resources.The results show that 20 local landscape plants in rare or imminent danger status are protected basically and are in good growth status,the emergence rate of seed propagation and survival rate of cuttage propagation of 20 local landscape plants are 33%～90% and 42%～88% and the cultivation propagation coefficient and producing period are 0.62～0.97 and 3～4 a.Camellia,Tutcheria,Acerand Machilus nanmu are good for bulk propagation,which can be utilized in production.
