摘  要:为了解大肠杆菌的致病机理及为防治提供科学指导,用从规模养猪场的空气、污水、粪便和土壤样本中分离鉴定的大肠杆菌腹腔注射小白鼠,通过临床症状观察和病理学检查研究其致病性。结果表明,小白鼠出现精神萎靡、拉稀、眼帘粘连、消瘦、被毛蓬乱等临床症状,小白鼠致死率达51.3%,其中污水源和空气源样本菌株对小白鼠的致死率最高,均为66.7%。解剖病死小白鼠发现,肝脏灰色肿大,脾脏肿大、边缘呈暗紫色,十二指肠水肿等明显病变。病理组织学观察可见,肺脏毛细血管充血、出现肺气肿及肺泡间隔增宽,心肌纤维断裂、排列紊乱,肝细胞肿大、变性及肝窦出血,十二指肠上皮细胞变性坏死、肠绒毛脱落等病变。说明,猪场环境大肠杆菌致病性较强,以小白鼠建立动物模型研究其致病机制对大肠杆菌病的诊断及防治具有重大意义。The clinical symptoms and pathology of white mice injected with E.coli strains isolated from air,sewage,excrement and soil of a scale pig farm were observed to study the pathopoiesis mechanism of E.coli and to provide the scientific basis for its control.The clinical symptoms of the mice injected with E.coli strains are listlessness,diarrhoea,eyeadhesion,emaciation and hair dishevelment,the fatality rate of the mice injected with E.coli strains reaches 51.3% and the fatality rate of the mice injected with E.coli strains isolated from air and sewage reaches 66.7%(the highest).The anatomy indicates that the diseased mice have obvious pathological changes of swelling grey liver,swelling spleen and duodenum edema.The pathological histology shows that the diseased mice have pathological changes of lung capillary congestion,emphysema,width alveolar septum,cardiac fibrous fracture and arrangement disorder,swelling and degeneration liver cells,bleeding hepatic sinus,degeneration and necrosis of epithelial cells of duodenum,and shedding of intestinal villus.Because E.coli strains isolated from the environment of a pig farm is of strong pathogenicity,the established white mouse model may play an important role in diagnosis and control of E.coli disease.
