摘  要:为了解丛枝菌根真菌在野外环境中对植物生长的影响,对樟树(Cinnamomum camphora)幼苗进行AM菌剂接种试验,5个月后对樟树幼苗苗高、地径,根、茎、叶生物量,光合特征以及感病情况进行测定,探讨丛枝菌根真菌对樟树幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:接种组樟树幼苗的苗高、地径均有明显提高;根、茎、叶生物量分别是对照组的6.02、3.48和3.40倍;叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总量分别较对照提高47.02%、43.61%和46.27%;净光合速率也较对照提高。对照组感病率约为接种组的6倍,对照组感病指数为接种组的13倍。Cinnamomum camphora seedlings were inoculated with arbuscular mycorrhizal inoculum to understand the effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in the field environment on growth of plants.The seedling height,ground diameter,biomass of root,stem and leaf and photosynthetic characteristics,disease index of Cinnamomum camphora seedlings were measured 5 months after the inoculation to study the influence of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on Cinnamomum camphora seedlings.The results showed that the height and ground diameter of seedlings increased significantly.The biomass of root,stem and leaf of inoculated seedlings was 6.02,3.48 and 3.40 times as much as the control group.Contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll increased by 47.02%,43.61% and 46.27% respectively.The net photosynthesis rate of seedlings increased too.The ratio of disease was one-sixth as much as the control group,the disease index was one-thirteenth as much as the control group.
