摘 要:利用机械压缩蒸发工艺对洗毛废水进行浓缩实验研究,对出水水质、蒸发量、耗电量等参数进行了考察,并进行了能耗和运行费用分析.实验结果表明,采用机械压缩蒸发工艺将洗毛废水TS由29.2g/L浓缩至342.6g/L过程中,CODcr由42.8g/L浓缩到463.3g/L,出水CODcr,在100-311mg/L,吨水耗电量为43.3-75.7kW·h/t,与四效蒸发相比,节能显著,运行费用低.机械压缩蒸发是一种很有前景的高浓度工业废水处理技术.In this paper, mechanical vapor compression (MVC) is researched to treat wool scouring wastewater. Effluent quality, mass flow rate and power consumption were investigated. The energy consumption and operating cost were analyzed. The results showed that TS of wool scouring wastewater was concentrated from 29.2 g/L to 342.6 g/L, CODer of concentrate was concentrated from 42.8 g/L to 463. 3 g/L, CODer of the effluent is 100-311mg/L, the power consumption was 43. 3-75. 7 kW · h/t. Mechanical vapor compression can save energy and operating cost compared with the four-effect evaporation. Mechanical vapor compression is a promising technology to treat high-concentration industrial wastewater.
