摘 要:研究个人生活方式、运动量、环境因素和成年人粘膜免疫的关系。共有工作环境相似的30位男性和33位女性参与此项研究。使用标准问卷调查个人的生活习惯、个体运动量、所处环境中空气污染的状况及上呼吸道感染(URTI)的频率。通过吐唾沫法采集静息状态下的混合唾液,用于测定唾液体积、唾液分泌率、sIgA浓度、sIgA分泌率。男性的唾液体积、唾液分泌率和sIgA分泌率高于女性,P值分别为0.023、0.023和0.033;低运动量组的唾液体积、唾液分泌率、sIgA含量低于中运动量和高运动量组;口腔清洁分数≥6组的sIgA分泌率高于分数<6组,P值为0.05;抑郁组URTI发病率及症状持续时间高于正常组,P值分别为0.035和0.016;饮食荤素均衡组的唾液sIgA含量、sIgA分泌率明显高于非均衡组,P值为别0.02和0.0001;多元逐步线性回归显示,sIgA分泌率与唾液体积、sIgA含量、饮食习惯、休闲运动量和总运动量相关。被动吸烟和室内空气质量对粘膜免疫产生一定程度的影响,中等程度的运动量可以明显地促进粘膜免疫功能,口腔卫生习惯、抑郁焦虑及饮食习惯均会对粘膜免疫状态产生明显影响。To study the individual lifestyle,exercise status,environmental factors and mucosal immunity in adults.The 30 men and 33 women,who participated in the study,were similar to the work environment.Standard questionnaire was used to determine personal habits,individual exercise,air pollution in the environment and the frequency of upper respiratory tract infection(URTI).Resting saliva sample were collected by spitting,for the determination of the volume of saliva,salivary flow rate,sIgA concentration and sIgA secretion rate.Men's saliva volume,salivary flow rate and sIgA secretion rate were higher than women,P values were 0.023,0.023 and 0.033.The saliva volume,salivary flow rate,sIgA concentration of the low physical activity were lower than the moderate and high physical activity.The sIgA secretion rate of the group,which cavity clean score is greater than or equal to 6,is higher than score less than 6's group,and the URTI incidence and duration of symptoms of the depression group were higher than the normal group,P values were 0.035 and 0.016.The balanced diet group of salivary sIgA,sIgA secretion rate was significantly higher than non-balanced group,P values were 0.02 and 0.0001.Multiple stepwise linear regression analysis showed that sIgA secretion rate was related to saliva volume,sIgA,eating habits,leisure physical activity and total physical activity.Passive smoking and indoor air quality can have a certain degree of effect on mucosal immune,moderate physical activity can significantly contribute to mucosal immunity,oral hygiene habits,depression,anxiety and eating habits will have a significant impact on mucosal immunity.
