台山电厂脱硫系统GGH吹灰装置调整与运行

摘　　要：国华台山发电厂1、2号机组脱硫系统投产后GGH堵塞严重,通过分析吹灰装置对脱硫差压以及烟气通流能力的影响,发现GGH表面清洁度、高压水投入时机、压缩空气压力等因素是造成GGH堵塞的主要原因,并提出了改进措施。GGH is blocked seriously after FGD system of units 1 and 2 in Guohua Taishan Power Plant was put into operation,by analyzing the influence of blowing device on desulfurization differential pressure and flue gas flow capacity,we found that GGH surface cleanliness,time of high-pressure water put into service,compressed air pressure are the main causes of GGH blocking,and proposed improvement measures.
