果蔬膨化干燥监测系统的设计

摘　　要：采用单片机、SHT75温湿度传感器和压强传感器,对果蔬膨化干燥过程所需的温度、压强与水分含量进行监测,可降低果蔬干燥的成本,简化膨化干燥的过程。为此,设计了由SHT75温湿度传感器、压强传感器、DS1302时钟芯片、存储芯片AT24C512、按键及显示电路组成的果蔬膨化干燥监测系统。Monitoring temperature,pressure and water content of the explorsion puffing for fruits and vegetables by MCU,SHT75 sensor and pressure transducer makes the cost lowly and the explorsion puffing program simply.The system consists of SHT75 sensor,pressure transducer,ds1302,AT24C512 and circuit of display and key.
