摘 要:为了更有效地减少深根茎中药材挖掘的挖掘阻力,借助Pro/E软件,建立了深根茎中药材双重振动挖掘机构零部件的数字化实体模型,并对深根茎中药材挖掘机构的关键部件—挖掘铲和犁刀的工作状态进行了动态仿真,分析了铲尖和刀尖的运动参数曲线;最后,进行了挖掘机构的田间试验研究。结果表明,铲尖和刀尖的运动符合设计要求;采用双重振动原理实现的挖掘机构可有效地减小挖掘阻力。In order to more effectively reduce the digging resistance of deep-root Chinese herbal medicines,in this paper,the digital models for parts and components the of deep-root Chinese herbal medicines dual-vibration mechanism was established with the aid of the Pro/E software.It has carried on the dynamic simulation to vibrospade and coulter,which are the key parts of digging mechanism of deep-root Chinese herbal medicines and also has analyzed the movement parametric curves of their tips.Finally,the field experiments were made for the prototype.The results show that the movement of tips of vibrospade and coulter meets the design requirements,the digging mechanism which adopts dual-vibration principle to realize can reduce the digging resistance effectively.
