摘 要:生物质致密成型技术是生物质能转换的方式之一。国内外已经对生物质致密成型做了大量的研究,但在成型燃料生产和应用过程中仍然存在很多问题,如原料难以持续供应、各类原材料特性不同、成型差异大、成型设备能耗高、磨损快、对原料适应性差、成型燃料结渣严重和不同生物质成型燃料燃烧性能差异大等。为此,对上述问题进行了探讨,并分析了解决问题的途径和方法,为深入开展生物质成型燃料的生产和利用提供了新的思路和途径。Biomass densification and formation technology is one of the transformation methods of biomass energy.Substantive researches on densifying technologies of biomass were done in and out of China.However,problems still existed in such aspects as difficult continuity of raw material supply,great forming diversity resulting from different raw material characteristic,high energy consumption,fast wear and tear and bad adaptation to raw material of forming equipment,heavy slagging of biomass briquette and big variety of combustion performance of different biomass briquette during production and application of biomass briquette These problems were analyzed and Methods and routes of solving these problems were discussed in this paper.Therefore,new thoughts and methods were presented for developing production and application of biomass briquette in depth.
