摘  要:在设计工况下,采用CFX提供的rotor-stator滑移网格技术对某高扬程双吸油泵进行了三维非定常数值计算,分析了"叶轮-蜗壳"动静干扰作用引起的非定常流动特性。结果表明:双吸油泵内流的非定常流动特征非常明显,蜗壳内流动非常复杂,存在二次流,流体以涡的形式向前推进;靠近隔舌断面的涡型以及涡强度受动静干扰作用的影响明显,而远离蜗壳隔舌的断面涡形及涡强度受动静干扰作用的影响不明显;叶片与蜗壳隔舌的动静干扰作用使得蜗壳扩散段内静压出现周期性的波动,其脉动频率与叶轮旋转频率一致;强动静干扰作用使得隔舌头部存在局部高静压。In order to study the variation of flow characteristic with impeller rotating,An unsteady numerical analysis was conducted at the design point of a High-head double suction oil pump with the rotor-stator sliding mesh technology.The unsteady flow characteristics caused by volute-impeller interaction was accordingly studied.The results show that unsteady flow characteristics are very obvious,second flow exists in volute and the fluid is characteristic of vortex flow in the volute.The interaction has a distinct influence on the form of the vortex and the intensity of vortex flow nearby the baffle tongue.Because of the volute-impeller interaction,the static pressure in the diffuser changes periodically.The pressure pulsation frequency it equal to the impeller rotating frequency.High static pressure exist in the head of baffle tongue due to fierce interaction.
