摘　　要：高校辅导员队伍专业化路径经过几年的探索,实际效果并不理想,非专业化、非职业化的特点十分明显,专业化发展路径依然障碍重重。要进一步推进高校辅导员队伍建设专业化发展,必须从专业定位、职业认同感的培育及实践同目标的契合等多维度积极应对。Despite the effort for years, the construction of specialized university counselor team is still far from the satisfaction, and there are still many obstacles on the way. To wipe out these obstacles and further the construction of the uni versity counselor calls on the corresponding countermeasures, such as positioning the counselors as a profession, cultivating the social sense of professional identification and strengthening the integration between the practice and the target
