摘　　要：本文通过对一个经济社会的模型分析,论证了政府财政支出与调控货币投放的区别和居民储蓄所形成的社会消费需求漏洞是政府旨在维持社会经济总供求平衡的调控货币投放的根本经济原因。对外贸易是一国全部经济活动的重要组成部分。一国对外贸易影响着本国社会经济的总供给和总需求,因而影响着本国政府的调控货币投放及其规模。居民福利可分为居民个人福利和居民社会福利。居民储蓄是居民社会福利的根本;政府的调控货币投放是居民社会福利的重要来源。因此,本国的对外贸易也影响着本国居民的社会福利的多少。A country's foreign trade is the very important part of her all economic activities.The foreign trade affects the county's social general supply and demand,so it will influence what an amount of the coordinating money the government would invest into economy.The residents' welfare can be divided into individual welfare and social welfare.The household savings of residents is fundamental to social welfare.The amount of coordinating money that the government will invest decides how much residents' social welfare will be produced.So a country's foreign trade will influence the quantities of the social welfare.
