摘　　要：对获得第11届健美操世锦赛男单决赛第五名的中国队与前三名队的难度动作进行对比分析,结果表明:中国男单与前三名队相比,难度动作的总分值偏低,提高难度动作是今后训练的重点;中国男单在B组只选择了一个难度动作,存有一定的风险性,今后应加强和丰富B组难度的训练;中国男单与前三名队在体能方面相比,有一定差距,发展运动员的体能是今后训练的着力点。The performance difficulty between Chinese team and the top three teams in the 11th world men＇s single aerobic gymnastics are compared.Studies show that Chinese team gets lower total score than the top three teams.Future training will focus on improving the performance difficulty.Chinese men＇s single team in Group B takes some risks in choosing only one difficult action.Group B training should strengthen the difficulty.The physical ability also should be improved because there is a certain gap between Chinese team and the top three teams.
