武钢C台10000m^3/h空分设备改造总结

摘　　要：武钢氧气公司C台10000 m3/h空分设备使用年限较长,设备老化,故障频繁,因此对其进行改造。详细介绍了C台空分设备的改造内容,对比分析空分设备改造前后的主要经济指标,结果表明改造后C台空分设备的各项经济指标均优于改造前,改造效果达到预期目标。Troubles frequently occurred in C sets of 10000 m3/h air separation plant of Oxygen Co.,Ltd.,Wuhan Iron and Steel Group due to prolonged service life and aged equipment and thus the plants are reformed.The reform particulars of C sets of air separation plant are in details described and main economical indexes of air separation plants before and after the reform are compared and analyzed.The results show that the economical indexes of C sets of air separation plants after the reform are obviously superior to that before the reform and the reform reaches the predicted effects.
