摘  要:在KDN-3000型高纯氮设备试运行开车过程中,由于管线安装不合理,氮气纯度大幅度波动,调纯时间较长,未达到合同规定值。优化管线后,调纯时间大大缩短,整个开车时间达标。介绍高纯氮设备试运行情况,分析氮气纯度波动的原因及发生故障的具体部位,阐述管线整改方案及效果。During trial run of Model KDN-3000 high-pure nitrogen equipment,due to unreasonable fixation of pipeline,the gaseous nitrogen purity fluctuates greatly and purity adjustment requires long time and fails to reach the contracted value.After optimizing the pipeline,the purity adjustment time is greatly shortened,and the overall start time conforms to the standard.The trial run of the high-pure nitrogen equipment is briefed,the causes for gaseous nitrogen purity fluctuation and trouble locations are analyzed,and the scheme and effects of the improvement of the pipeline are described.
