摘　　要：天然气蒸汽转化制氢装置开工过程中,通常利用氨在转化炉中裂解的方法为转化、一氧化碳变换催化剂还原及加氢催化剂硫化提供所需的氢气,本文阐述利用该方法开工的一种流程设置及开工过程中的注意事项。In the course of start-up of H2-making plant with natural gas steam-reforming the required hydrogen is provided for reforming, reduction of CO-shift catalyst and vulcanization of hydrogenated catalyst normally by the cracking of ammonia in reformer. This article describes the start-up of a process with the said method and precautions during the start-up.
