摘　　要：介绍与Shell煤气化工艺配套的高水/气耐硫变换工艺流程的选择及试生产过程中存在的主要问题、流程的改造思路和主要改造内容,总结技术改造取得的效果,就相关遗留问题进行探讨。The selection of a high water/steam sulfur-resistant shift process matched to Shell coal- gasification process and the main problems appeared during the commissioning, the consideration in the retrofit of the process flows and the main retrofit items are introduced;the effect achieved with the technical transformation is summarized and the related remaining issued discussed.
