摘　　要：对一段转化炉鼓风机汽轮机在试车时振动异常的原因逐项排查,最终确认汽轮机蒸汽管线产生的外力是造成振动的根本原因,采取增加膨胀节、调整支撑弹簧力及增加限位支撑的措施,收到了良好的效果。An item by item investigation is carried out for the causes causing an abnormal vibration of air blower turbine of primary reformer during the commissioning and the final confirmation is that the external force produced from the turbine steam nine is a basic reason; such measures as the addition of expansion joint, strength adjustment of supporting spring and addition of spacing support are adopted and a good effect obtained.
