钌基催化剂用于氨合成回路扩能改造的模拟及分析

摘  要:针对M大型氨厂氨合成回路扩能改造,提出将现有3个合成塔进料顺序简单调换,调换后的第三合成塔改装钌基催化剂,替换原有的铁基催化剂。应用模拟软件Aspen Plus对该方案进行了模拟研究,并与现有改造方案进行对比分析。结果表明,本方案在不新增合成塔数量前提下,即可实现提高液氨产量37%的目标;改造后的3个合成塔运行参数满足工业生产要求,钌基催化剂在较高氨含量下仍然表现出优异的活性;与现有的新增合成塔改造方案相比,本改造方案在成本方面也具有一定的优势。Aiming at the capacity expansion of ammonia synthesis loop in a large M ammonia plant, a scheme is put forward suggesting the feed sequence for the existing three ammonia converters be simply exchanged, and the exchanged No.3 converter is charged with Ruthenium-based catalyst to replace the original iron-based catalyst The said scheme is simulated employing the simulation software Aspen Plus and compared and analyzed with the current expansion scheme. The results show that this scheme, with no any newly-added converter, can reach the goal of liquid ammonia output increased to 37%. The operation parameters of the exchanged three converters are meeting the requirement for industrial production and the Ruthenium-based catalyst still performs an excellent activity at higher ammonia content. This scheme also has certain advantage in the cost compared with the current scheme with addition of converter.
