摘　　要：在分析IPTV接入网的要求和WiMAX技术优势的基础上,提出了适合IPTV业务特点的准入控制(AC)接入技术.在WiMAX系统中,AC起着很重要的作用,也是实现IPTV的服务质量(QoS)的一个重要环节.本文的AC策略在收益最大化的基础上增加了关系用户利益的2个约束条件,即阻断率和带宽利用率.实验结果表明,此方法在收益、阻断率、带宽利用率3方面都有良好的性能,确保了IPTV系统中的QoS性能.Based on the analysis of demands of IPTV access networks and advantages of WiMAX technology, a system model for IPTV over admission control was proposed. The downkiink QoS mechanism becomes more important on the basis of researching the QoS mechanism in WiMAX and IPTV system. In the AC policy proposed in this paper, two constraints namely blocking rate and bandwidth utilization,which are related to the interests of users, are added to optimal revenue policy. Simulation result shows that the policy has good performance in revenue, blocking rate and bandwidth utilization, thus the interests of service providers and users are both given consideration, which can achieve the QoS performance of IPTV system.
