基于ANSYS的生物质平模成型机主轴裂纹分析

摘　　要：针对KLC550生物质成型机主轴在工程应用中出现的裂纹现象,利用ANSYS对生物质成型机主轴进行数值模拟以及试验测试研究。首先用ANSYS对生物质成型机主轴进行数值模拟,得到了成型机主轴的应力分布,分析表明主轴最大应力发生在主轴与轴承连接的轴肩处,并超出许用应力范围;对轴的结构进行优化,加高轴肩,增大过渡圆角;然后用DH5923动态测试仪和应变片组成的测试系统进行试验。结果表明:实验结果与模拟分析相吻合,主轴的应力集中是主轴的轴肩部位及键槽周围处出现小裂纹的关键因素。Aiming at KLC550 biomass molding machine spindle in engineering application appears in the crack phenomenon,using ANSYS bionass power plant molding machine spindle numerical simulation and experimental test research.Firstly with ANSYS bionass power plant molding machine spindle,a numerical simulation got molding machine spindle of stress distribution,analysis shows that the maximum stress occurs in spindle bearing spindle and connect the shaft of the shoulders,and exceed allowable stress range,in shaft structure optimization,heightening shaft shoulder,increases the transition fillet,then use DH5923 dynamic meter and the strain gauge composed of test system for the test.Results show that the test results and simulation analysis on the match,the axis of stress concentration is the axis of shaft shoulder bits and the keyway around place appears small crackle key factor.
