新型精量排种器的设计研究

摘　　要：在对种子进行丸粒化处理的基础上,根据种子的物料学特性,设计了动盘为圆台型的水平圆盘式精量排种器。该排种器改以往的刚性刮种为柔性清种,并在动盘运转方向为型孔设计了导种槽。试验结果表明:该排种器可以在高、低速下很好地实现精量排种,且具有种子破损少、充种效果好、重播和漏播指数较低的特点,适合不同作物丸粒化后的精量播种。Based on the pelleted seeds,a horizontal disc type of precision seed-metering was designed which shifting plate is cone frustum type according to seeds material characteristic.The seed-metering device is improved by the flexible seed clearer instead of the past rigid seed clearer,and the guide seed chute is added for each model hole at the turning direction of shifting plate.At last the seed-metering was tested,and the test figure showed that the seed-metering can achieve precision metering seeds for normal and high-speed operation,this system offers the following features： few damaged seeds,an excellent effect of seed-filling,low redundant seeding rate and low missing seeding rate.It is obvious that is suited for precision metering seeds to pelleted seeds of different crops.
