野鸢尾地下部分的化学成分研究

摘　　要：利用各种色谱和重结晶方法对野鸢尾(Iris dichotoma Pall.)地下部分的化学成分进行了研究,从其95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位分离得到11个化合物,并根据理化性质及光谱数据分别鉴定为:茶叶花宁(apocynin,1)、豆甾醇(stigmasterol,2)、5,3′,4′-三甲氧基-6,7-亚甲二氧基异黄酮(5,3′,4′-trimethoxy-6,7-methylenedioxyisoflavone,3)、尼鸢尾黄素(nigricin,4)、德鸢尾苷元(irilone,5)、鸢尾苷元(tectorigenin,6)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,7)、反式白黎芦醇(resveratrol,8)、草夹竹桃苷(androsin,9)、野鸢尾苷(iridin,10)、鸢尾苷(tectoridin,11)。除化合物6和11外,其余9个化合物均为首次从该植物地下部分中分离得到。Eleven compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate parts of 95% ethanol extracts of the undergrounds of Iris dichotoma Pall.by repeated column chromatography and recrystallization.Upon physicochemical properties and spectroscopic evidence,they were identified as apocynin（1）,β–sitosterol（2）,5,3′,4′-trimethoxy-6,7-methylenedioxyisoflavone（3）,nigricin（4）,irilone（5）,tectorigenin（6）,daucosterol（7）,resveratrol（8）,androsin（9）,iridin（10） and tectoridin（11）,the other compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
