十味板蓝根颗粒剂治疗风热感冒临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察十味板蓝根颗粒剂治疗风热感冒的疗效。方法:自2008年11月至2010年3月风热感冒患者600例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予十味板蓝根颗粒剂治疗,对照组为复方板蓝根颗粒剂治疗,疗程均为3天。结果:治疗组的总有效率95%,对照组总有效率为82%(P<0.01)。结论:十味板蓝根颗粒剂治疗风热感冒疗效确切,无明显副作用。Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of Shiwei Banlangen Granules on anemopyretic cold.Methods： A total of 600 cases of patients with anemopyretic cold registered from November 2006 to March 2008 were randomly divided into two groups,300 cases were treated by Shiwei Banlangen Granules as treatment group,and another 300 cases were treated by Banlangen Granules as control group.The therapy lasted for three to five days for both groups.Results： The effective rates of treatment group and control group were 95% and 82%（P 0.01）,respectively.Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of Shiwei Banlangen Granules for anemopyretic cold is reliable without severe effects.
