摘  要:基于液态簧振动力学谱的测量原理,首先拟定了校验RMS-L仪自制的控测温模块测温重复性的方案,温度范围为室温至液氮温度的低温区.具体方案为,选择甘油作为校验材料,校验参量为甘油的损耗模量的α-弛豫的峰温.然后,用18个甘油样品,并分别对每一个样品,进行一次从室温至~80K的降温和升温循环测量.实验结果表明,18个甘油样品的损耗模量的α-弛豫的峰温的标准偏差和最大偏差仅仅为0.5K和-1K,峰温与样品质量也没有系统的依赖性,表明自制的控测温模块的测温重复性相当好.According to the measurement principle of reed-vibration mechanical spectroscopy for liquids(RMS-L),a checkout protocol for measurement repetitions of the home-made temperature control-detect system of the RMS-L was first studied out,with the checkout temperature domain from room temperature to about nitrogen liquefying point.Specifically,glycerol and the peak temperature of its α-relaxation were chosen as the checkout material and quantity,respectively.Afterward,18 glycerol liquid samples were used and measurements of cooling and heating cycles were done for each sample.The experimental results indicate that the standard and maximum deviations of the α-relaxation peak temperatures of the loss moduli of the samples are only 0.5K and-1K,respectively,and the peak temperatures have no systematic dependence of the sample masses,which shows that the measurement repetitions of the home-made temperature control-measure system are quite good.
