摘　　要：通过收集北京市18个城区中14个主要城区的相关数据,分析通州区的经济环境运行情况,并计算与物流产业相关的一些指标:经济联系强度、区位商、断裂点、场强、辐射半径、工业化率;利用SPSS软件进行主因子分析与线性回归分析,根据相应结果对通州区物流经济的发展状况展开分析,并提出相应的建议。Through collecting relevant data of 14 of the 18 districts of Beijing city, the paper analyzes the economic environment of the Tongzhou district, especially some logistics-related indices. Then, using SPSS to perform principal factor analysis and linear regression analysis, the paper studies the findings obtained in the prior step to evaluate the development of logistics industry of the district, with corresponding suggestions given at the end.
