摘　　要：在对中国实施MRPⅡ、ERP系统状况回顾的基础上,总结了ERP实施中的相关问题,得出"最先进的系统不一定是最合理的"结论,试图通过全面总结我国企业实施ERP的经验,为ERP的成功实施提供借鉴,寻求ERP实施的合理途径。On the basis of a review on the current situation of ERP implementation in China and a summary of the issues encountered in the implementation process, the paper argues that the most advanced system may not be the most suitable one and then, in light of the experience of Chinese enterprises in this respect, explores a more feasible and reasonable path of ERP implementation.
